An easy 20 min drive to Deakin Burwood Uni Campus, 5 mins from Knox city Westfield shopping centre, 5min drive to nearby gyms, 5mins drive to Coles & Woolworths and Aldi. Local bus stops available too. One undercover parking space, with available parking space behind the undercover parking space (can be negotiated or take turns ect) extra parking available on the street.

About me! My name is Eden, I am a 29 year old who works as a Nurse at a Blood bank nine shifts across a fortnight. I am a non smoker, clean and tidy person. I spend my spare time relaxing at home and taking my dogs out, sometimes heading for the gym

About the house :

- Kitchen fully furnished (huge fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, air fryer, microwave, stove and oven. An empty smaller bar fridge empty and available if religious or dietary requirement are required
- 1 single toilet, and 1 toilet in a shared bathroom with shower available for use

- 1 bedroom with Draws available if needed
- 1 bedroom with storage space (this is currently a storage room I’d empty it if someone needed the room)
- I own two Italian Grey Hounds, Dobby & Kermit, both 2 years old. They are very well behaved and when I’m at work they are confined to the kitchen and backyard with a doggy door, and a baby gate that keeps them in. Minimal barking - usually only when people arrive to the house. They usually play together or sleep, in between when I take them out.

House rules :
- Please kindly Clean up after yourself / keep your things in your own room
- Keep your shoes in the shoe rack
- Keep your food separate/ labeled in the fridge/ pantry
- Responsible for your own meals and groceries (unless agreed upon offered)
- Please wash your own dishes or put them into the dishwasher. Keep the kitchen clean and tidy.
- I have a compost bin, a regular bin and a recycling bin. When they are full compost goes in the green bin, regular bin is emptied into the red bin, recycling bin is emptied into the yellow bin. Bins are taken to the nature strip on Wednesdays to be picked up on Thursdays.

Bills :
- Rent will be due on the 15th each month $1249. 5
- Utilities : Gas and power will be due every 28 days split between tenants
- Water : due every 3 months split between tenants
- Internet paid monthly shared cost split between tenants
