I’m looking for a female student to board in a quiet and comfortable two storey townhouse in Mont Albert. Meals are not included however your own freezer and pantry can be provided. It is a secure gated property. The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed (including linen), bedside table, large wardrobe with plenty of shelving and storage space, desk and chair, and optional TV. Heating and cooling provided.

You will be sharing the property with a friendly semi-retired female teacher, as well as a very friendly little dog. You will have your own bathroom, with shower and bath, and share the kitchen, laundry, living room, dining/sitting room, spacious garden and outdoor seating areas.
