The house is owner-occupied by our family (parents and two high school–aged children). We have many years of experience hosting international students through homestay programs, and all required checks (Police Check, Working With Children Check, etc. ) have been completed.

Our home is very clean, well-organised, and supportive, offering peace of mind and a calm living environment — without the hassles often associated with large shared houses.

Bus stops are just a short walk away. Only about 10 minutes by bus to Box Hill Central or Burwood One.

The neighbourhood is leafy, quiet, and very safe.

🛏 Accommodation Details:

Three rooms are for rent. Rent is $230, $240, and $250 PW. The $240 PW room is available from 12 March 2026.

Shared lockable bath room and toilet with other students only.

Rooms are currently rented to Deakin students.

Female students only.
