Washing machine, fridge and other general items are for use of everyone in the house. House has gas heating for the cooler months.
House is exactly 2km from Deakin. <1km from Waurnponds shopping centre.
This bigger room is $195 per week including utilities for the room.
The kitchen has an individual pantry cupboard space for each room, dishwasher, oven, stove top and a microwave. There is a large fridge. The kitchen overlooks the comfortable lounge area with TV, Couches and dining table.
Bond to be lodged with RTBA. Cleaning roster in place to keep the house clean. All other staying in the house are either students or they just finished their studies.
