The unit is twenty minutes (only 7. 5km) to Deakin University’s Burwood East Campus, by car, train or bus, and a ten-mimute walk to Mitcham Train Station. Mitcham trains all go to the City.
The room has a dedicated car park.
Unfortunately, there isn’t the space for kids or pets. There are also three steps up to the front door and three steps down to the backyard.
The unit is newly renovated. It has wood floors and is well-insulated.
The room has a queen bed, desk, chair, lamp, fans, a fan heater, dressing table, and built-in wardrobes. It comes with a supply of clean sheets, pillow-slips, blankets and pillows.
The room looks onto the front garden.
The covered deck, at the back, has a large pot plant garden, barbeque, couch, table and chairs, and televison-DVD player.
The house is queer-, women-, ethnic-, racial-minority friendly. It’s also a space where laughter, conversation, films, books, composting, recycling and plants, abound! :-)
