Newly built secure house in lovely area to share with female owner who works full-time and studies part-time at Deakin, and one indoor cat. You will have the use of the main bathroom near your bedroom (the owner has her own ensuite but may use the bath in main bathroom from time to time) and visitors will use the main bathroom as well.
The house is not far from Waurn Ponds campus, Waurn Ponds train station and shopping centres. 15 minutes drive to Torquay and surf coast beaches. 20 minutes drive to Geelong CBD and campus. The train journey from Waurn Ponds train station to Melbourne CBD is just over 1 hour.
The bedroom has a double futon bed including bed linen ie, douna, covers, pillows, sheets, and a double sliding built in wardrobe. The main bathroom has a vanity cabinet and basin, shower, bath, and toilet. The owner can assist with additional furniture if more is required ie, bedside table, study desk, chair, lamp etc. If you have your own furniture, the futon bed can be removed from the bedroom. Parking spaces available outside house off the main street.
The house environment is a quiet space for study and relaxing. There is no TV at the property. No loud music or parties. Prefer female, but open to accepting the right person who will be easy to live with, clean, tidy and who likes to live in peaceful places.
The owner is studying a BA with majors in philosophy and anthropology, is a vegetarian and enjoys reading, hiking, gardening, and yoga.
