A written agreement will be provided for each resident
Will you be lodging the bond with the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority?

The property has a current rooming house council registration:
HPA/26/6006
Each resident will be provided with the necessary documentation
I agree to these requirements for listing with Houseme, above and beyond any legal requirements
