The provider has agreed to these requirements:
You can verify, if requested, that you are the owner of the property and you live in the property
A written Residential Tenancy Agreement will be provided
If a Bond is required it will be lodged with the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority
I agree to these requirements for listing with Houseme, above and beyond any legal requirements
