Provider Agreement

The provider has agreed to these requirements:

A tenant renting this property

A written Residential Tenancy Agreement will be provided by the owner of the property or the real estate agent acting on behalf of the owner

If a Bond is required it will be lodged with the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority by the owner or real estate agent

Any new tenant/s will be added to your lease agreement so all tenants of the property will be on the one lease agreement
