Provider Agreement

The provider has agreed to these requirements:

You are

The owner of this property or a real estate agent acting on behalf of the owner

You can verify, if requested, that you are the owner of the property, or a real estate agent acting on behalf of the owner

A written Residential Tenancy Agreement will be provided

All tenants of the property will be on the one lease agreement

If a Bond is required it will be lodged with the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority

I agree to these requirements for listing with Houseme, above and beyond any legal requirements
