Provider Agreement
Granny Flat
The provider has agreed to these requirements:
You can verify, if requested, that you are the owner of the property and you live in a separate dwelling that is built on the same plot of land as the granny flat
A written Residential Tenancy Agreement will be provided
The Granny Flat has its own separate entrance, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, laundry and living area
I agree to these requirements for listing with Houseme, above and beyond any legal requirements
