Hello lovely people!

Due to some exciting career opportunities and new adventures, two of our wonderful housemates will be moving on, which means we'll have two beautiful, fully furnished bedrooms available from the beginning of November!

We're looking for two lovely people to join our little household, and hopefully make this place feel like home for them too!

Both bedrooms are spacious, bright and fully furnished, featuring:

About the House

Our home is a spacious, four-bedroom house in a lovely part of Wantirna South, with plenty of room to relax, cook, study and enjoy your own space.

The house includes:

An oversized shared kitchen, living and dining area

Plenty of storage throughout the house

Central heating and air conditioning

A spacious shared bathroom with a separate toilet (female only)

Laundry facilities, including a washing machine

Two outdoor decks, perfect for enjoying some fresh air

A large garden with fruit trees

Ample parking out front

Anita and I occupy the master bedroom, which has its own ensuite, so the remaining bedrooms share the main bathroom and separate toilet.



We're conveniently located in Wantirna South, with plenty of shops, restaurants, public transport and amenities nearby.

5 minutes to Westfield Knox Shopping Centre
10 minutes to The Glen Shopping Centre
15 minutes to Costco
Direct train services to the CBD from Glen Waverley Station
Approximately 25 minutes to Deakin University by public transport

About Your Future Housemates!

You'll be sharing the house with myself (Adrian), Anita, and our other lovely housemate!

Anita and I are both working professionals who enjoy keeping busy, but also love coming home to unwind.

Outside of work, you'll usually find us reading, heading to the gym, gaming, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or enjoying a good chat over some food or a warm drink.

We love having a home that feels lived in, welcoming and comfortable. Somewhere everyone can enjoy their own space and independence, but also feel happy to sit down together for a conversation, a meal or a laugh.

Meet Wraith, Our Resident Floof!

Of course, we can't introduce the household without mentioning our little fur baby, Wraith!

He's an incredibly loving, playful and occasionally speedy little kitty who enjoys zooming through the living room, sleeping on his favourite chair, and spending most of his time with Anita and me.

He's very much part of the family, so we'd love someone who enjoys having a furry little companion around (and doesn't mind the occasional cat zoomies)!

About You!

We're hoping to find housemates who will be a great fit for our home and the relaxed, friendly environment we've created.

Ideally, you're someone who:

Is female, as we're offering female-only shared bathroom arrangements

Loves food, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and the occasional good chit-chat

Enjoys life and brings a warm, positive attitude to the home

Appreciates a clean, respectful and comfortable living environment

Enjoys the smell of delicious food wafting through the kitchen and the greenery of a beautiful garden

Doesn't mind a speedy little Wraith occasionally zipping through the living room

Values both personal space and the occasional opportunity to socialise

Whether you're a university student or a working professional, we'd love to hear from you!

We understand that everyone has their own routines, commitments and preferences. We're not expecting everyone to spend all their time together, just hoping to find people who are considerate, easygoing and happy to contribute to a lovely household.
