It is close (2-min walk) to sheltered bus routes/stops to trains including shops and supermarkets etc. The area is quiet & the Barwon river is nearby - with walking tracks etc, much wild life - birds, kangaroos.

EXTRA INFO:- Public transport to either Waterfront or Waurn Ponds campus close by. Prefer a heterosexual person who is also easy-going, care free too. Gas is available but not currently connected. All Electric home including cooking. If you wish, you can easily connect the gas in your name.
SHOPPING - if you have NO car, Highton Shopping is close via bike or bus. Bike is available for use. A bus passes via Highton (or Pakington St) about every 15 min during weekdays. It is then about 5 minutes to Borlase rd Newtown, which is then about a 5-min walk to home.
