The property is located in a quiet and very safe neighborhood just a short stroll to Toorak Road shopping strip with easy access to trams, trains and bus routes. Deakin University is only a couple of minutes' drive or a short tram ride away.

The property is a four-bedroom house plus a separate study that comes with larger size bedrooms, built in storage in each room, queen size beds, ducted heating and internet. Desks can be made available in each of the rooms if necessary.

I live in NSW and am home only on the odd occasion for work related trips back to Melbourne or to catch up with family. I keep a spare bedroom for such trips at the rear of the house.

I regret the house is unable to accommodate any pets.
