The facilities eg bathroom and rooms are modern. Only 3 students are accommodated at any one time sharing their own bathroom.
I am the sole occupant in the house therefore it makes for a suitable quiet home for studying purposes. There is an outdoor deck with table/chairs and a separate area for students including cooking facilities, fridge, microwave and living area.
I have been hosting students for over 25 years with excellent feedback.
