Kitchen has two cook-tops with altogether 8 burners, 3 fridge/freezers, a microwave and toaster with ample cupboard spaces for your weekly groceries. The whole house is centrally ducted heated 24/7. There is a cleaner to clean all common areas once every week.
This house is best located for Deakin/MIBT students as the University Campus is just across the road.
As for the transport, located in front of the house you can catch a direct bus which take about 15 minutes to get to Box Hill Central for shopping, good restaurants and the Train Station. On Burwood Highway which is just an easy 5 minutes walk there are Trams and Bus Stops to take you other destinations like Kmart and Coles which are both open for 24 hours. There is also a direct bus which you can take from Burwood Highway to Chadstone Shopping Centre which is currently the biggest shopping centre in Australia.
