Lovely modern house in the Warralilly area of Armstrong Creek, with clean furnished rooms( No meals Provided) . We are an English/ Asian Family, happy to help with English. Due to the family dynamics, female students are preferred. Room 3 is suitable for a single girl . There is a dog on the premises but he is kept secure outside plus our cats are kept secure. The house is only a seven minute walk to a bus service and only 22 minutes from Waurn Ponds Campus. The Room is private and has individual locks . The bathroom is shared with other guests. The room will be presented thoroughly cleaned and Sanitised. Family all have valid Working with Children checks and we are all fully vaccinated. Students who have been vaccinated will be preferred.
