Are you on a student visa, have experience with children and want to exchange food and accommodation in return for looking after two great kids? !
I am a single mother with two children and we live in University Park, 10-minutes-walk to Deakin, Waurn Ponds. I have a three-year-old girl and five-year-old boy who are fun, active and caring.
Our family has had three nannies over the past few years who have become a beautiful part of the family. Now I’m looking for a student with childcare experience to join our family.
About us- loving single parent family. I work five days per week. Very happy home and you would become one of the family to us. We eat vegetarian several nights a week then some meat on the other days and our last nanny was vegetarian so I always made sure there was veggie food for her when we ate meat.
Children: a 3 year-old girl and a 5 year-old boy. Your job will be to look after the children. Both fun loving, active kids who love art, books, dinosaurs, dancing and superheroes. Both are dynamic, funny and joyful little people
Hours: 16 hours per week as follows:
Monday 8. 30am-9am
Tuesday 7-9am & 2. 45-5. 45pm
Wednesday 5. 10 - 8. 40pm
Thursday 8. 30am - 3. 30pm
Requirements: kids are in daycare/kindergarten 3-4 days per week
• drop of/pick up daycare
• cook dinner 2 x p/w
• take kids out to fun activities including museums, parks, wildlife sanctuaries, beach, theatre etc
Proposed:
• live in a large house with your own large private room with Tv, Netflix, Disney and with ensuite (bathroom) and walk in robe
• you have use of a car for your own personal use within 100kms of Geelong (including on weekends! )*
*you pay for your own petrol, I pay insurance and registration.
• Weekday evening meals included as well as weekday self-serve breakfast.
About you:
• Driver’s license and comfortable everyday driving
• Experience with young children required
• Creative and fun - doing arts and crafts over putting the tv on for the kids.
• Must have PR, student or working holiday visa
• Females only
