The new Waurn Ponds Train station is close by with direct service to the centre of Geelong and the Waterfront campus.
There are 7 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each light filled bedroom has an individual lockable door, a double bed, quality mattress, desk, office chair, bookcase and large built-in wardrobe.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, gas cooktop, oven, individual food cupboard, 2 fridges and separate freezer. All crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, toaster and jug are supplied.
A dining area and modern lounge which TV overlooks the large native garden with ample space to read a book or spend time with other students. The house has central heating to all areas and the lounge has an air conditioner for those hot summer days. The laundry with washing machine completes the house.
Rent includes all utilities, internet, weekly cleaning of all common areas.
