I am looking for two people to share my lovely mid-century home.
It is a four-bedroom house. Three rooms are available - each with queen bed, desk, robes etc. (or you can bring you own). Because I only want two more people the 4th bedroom will be yours to use as a shared office/study. You will share a large modern bathroom with one other person.
There is a large kitchen (with a coffee machine and two fridges), dining, and two lounge areas. It's way too much space for one person!
The house is super quiet, relaxing and has a lovely garden area to hang out.
2. 5 km lovely tree lined walk to Deakin Uni.
500m to tram. 1. 5 km to Union train station.
All bills included.
About me: I work for a mental health charity. I am happy to share meals but don't want to commit as I juggle work, study, fitness, yoga, friends, and travel. I have two sons - one is studying in the UK, and the other is working in Banff, Canada. I don't smoke. I do like coffee, wine, and giving everyone space to find their own thing. I'm happy to answer any questions or chat to see if it would be a good fit.
