Would need to prefer a quiet home environment as that's what I need when I'm home (which is not every day). Quiet, light, functional and spacious home. On-street parking.
I've ticked 'over 35' but this is flexible. Apologies but you'd have to arrange your own internet.
It's a 10-minute walk to Burwood Hwy and 5 minutes by tram, or walk to Deakin in 20 minutes.
Bedrooms are unfurnished but have spacious built-in robes.
Neat and tidy is good, but OCD I am not.
