We are often away due to work and study. We are a PhD student and professional (couple) looking to share a 3 bed and 2 bath house with ideally a postgraduate, mature aged or postdoc/staff.
Double bedroom with bathroom ensuite and built in wardrobes. Furnished or unfurnished available. House is furnished but up for negotiation if you have some of your own furniture. There is a spare room being used an office/spare room in the house to share.
While we are away regularly for work/study purposes and are well house trained. We are friendly, low key and tidy/clean. We like to grow veggies and have a few fruit trees in the yard.
We are looking for an equally house trained, considerate, clean/tidy, low key, and friendly house mate. We are not a party house at all but don’t mind the odd dinner or friend over for a cup of tea.
LGBTQIA’s+ friendly and we are vegetarian/vegan but don’t mind meat in the house or fridge etc if kept in containers.
Must be happy to share house with our fluffy but aloof well behaved cat. Sorry no more pets as our cat gets stressed out by other animals.
Couple may be considered but weekly rent will be higher.
