We'd love to welcome you to our sun-kissed sanctuary on a 565m2 block near the sea. You would be part of a spacious house, with a sprawling back garden, complete with an undercover patio and large deck and "boat couch" perfect for soaking up the sunshine or stargazing. Harvest fresh veggies and herbs from our veggie patch, crank up the BBQ, or join the little ones on the monkey bars and trampoline. Inside, natural light and plants feature in every room.

This spacious master bedroom has a really large walk-through wardrobe and ensuite bathroom and has ample space to accommodate a desk and double as a work space. Because it is at the front of the house, it can be very private.

I am in my mid forties and have three children (2 who go to school and 1 in childcare while I work) and a wiggly little puppy (very chilled and lovely).

We would love to have a housemate who occasionally joined us for meals or games after dinner, told stories of their day and shared our curiosity for the world. We lead fairly busy lives so also value the importance of personal space and independence, allowing you the freedom to carve out your own path in our house. Whilst we'd love to welcome everyone, I'm after women tenants only. And I'd be open to women couples.

Woolworths is just around the corner, and the beach, Aldi, Bunnings are a stone's throw away and Torquay cafe and restaurant strip just a 5 minute drive.
