Sharing with an easy going male in his 60’s who enjoys listening to music, barbequing, and gardening (weather/health and conditions permitting! ). I also have a friendly cat named Lilly.

There is a choice of two rooms. One with built in wardrobe and both have lots of natural light. Bathroom, kitchen and laundry are shared and there is a huge backyard, fantastic veggie patch and covered patio at the rear. There is driveway parking and plenty of street parking available. Some storage also available in the garage.

House is fully furnished, and includes a big screen tv, washing machine, lounge suite, dining table and chairs, record/CD player. Central heating and reverse cycle cooling included also.

Wi-Fi connection available.

The asking rent includes all bills plus there is Prime streaming/delivery service available for use. You can also utilize the landline phone (yes, I still have one of those J) for local and interstate phone calls.

There is a regular cleaner and gardener included for shared spaces. It will only be your rent and food that you’ll have to worry about.
