Master bedroom is furnished with a desk, chair, bedside table and queen sized bed. You will have your own ensuite (shower, sink, toilet and drawers) and a walk in wardrobe.

Living areas are fully furnished and includes a generous open-plan kitchen and dining area with plentiful storage space, lounge room and laundry. The house has central heating and cooling and fast, unlimited NBN internet. There are two garage spaces available. No pets allowed.

Bills are not included in rent and will be split between housemates.

Great location at a less than 10 minute walk to Deakin Uni (Waurn Ponds), 5 min walk to the closest bus stop and a 5 min drive to Waurn Ponds shopping centre.

Current housemate is a friendly 21 year old nursing student.
