Each bedroom door is individually lockable and the furnished room contains a double bed, desk, office chair, bookcase, wall mounted TV, and individual reverse cycle air conditioning and heating unit.

The large lounge, dining, kitchen, pantry area (with additional sink) gives an open plan living style. Bar stools provide an additional seating area for a chat while cooking. There is also a large laundry with washing machine.
