The unit is newly renovated. It has wood floors and is well-insulated. The deck is a pot-plant haven and has a large barbeque, couch, table and chairs, and televison-DVD player.
The room has a desk, chair, lamp, fan heater, dressing table, and built-in wardrobes. A queen bed will fit in there and there is an inflatable one, here.
Unfortunately, there isn’t the space for kids or pets - though the place is spacious enough for three.
The house is queer-, women-, ethnic-, racial-minority friendly. It’s also a space where laughter, conversation, films, books, composting, recycling and plants, abound! :-)
