House only has six single rooms all with there own ensuite so it no bathroom to share. The house has a new kitchen. The house tenants are uni students 4 females. Some off street parking but you so close to the tram and Uni you don't need a car. All bills and internet is included in the rent. Top load washing machine is provided with a hills hoist cloths line in the nice back yard.
All rooms have ceiling fans ducted gas heating and common areas clean weekly. We looking for clean quite pleasant tenants who respect the other tenants. This is not a party house as the other tenants are all studying at university.
