The house is right off of pakington st, one of the main streets of geelong west, near many different shops and different cafes, as well as a 10 minute walk to the train station and 15 minute walk to westfield. Right on a bus line making public transport more accessible, also including a 2 car driveway and lots of street parking that is rarely taken at nighttime.
The house will be partly furnished and will be a group discussion that will need to be had about what people can bring.
